The leash is 1.5 cm wide and consists of two parts:

Part 1 fits comfortably around your body and is adjustable from 77.5 to 134 cm, ensuring a tailored fit that suits your shape and style.

Part 2 is the leash itself, easily clipped onto the body strap and adjustable from 97 to 140 cm, depending on your preferred length and level of control.

Why I designed it
I wanted to make something that felt like a real upgrade to daily life. I love walking Alba, but I also love coffee, podcasts, and having a hand free to just breathe.
The idea behind this leash was simple: make it hands-free, make it elegant, and make it feel like something you’d choose to wear – not just something you have to carry.
What it took to get it right
Getting the fit right was key. We tested dozens of lengths and placements to make sure it sat comfortably across different bodies – without digging in, slipping, or feeling awkward.
We designed it in two separate parts so you can adjust it to your own style and rhythm. Whether you walk with a loose lead, tight control, or switch it up during the walk – it adapts. And the Dusty Blue color? Calm, neutral, timeless. Just like the walk you want to have.

My story
Hi, I’m Noa – designer and founder of Staey. I live in Denmark with my dog Alba, and I started Staey because I was tired of choosing between functionality and aesthetics.
Every Staey design starts with real moments from my life with my own Alba. I sketch the first ideas at my kitchen table, and my team and I test, tweak and adjust until it works – for your dog and for you. Because practical can (and should) look beautiful.
