The story behind it
Why I designed it
I wanted to make it easier to care for your dog on the go — without carrying multiple containers or compromising on design. Too often, dog gear feels overly functional or overly fashionable. With Staey Hydrated, I aimed for both: something elegant, smart, and ready for any adventure, big or small.
What it took to get it right
Designing Staey Hydrated meant balancing sleek aesthetics with real-world functionality. We tested countless prototypes to perfect the bowl’s twist-off mechanism, optimized the bottle’s insulation, and chose stainless steel for its durability and freshness. The carabiner was refined for strength and simplicity — so you can clip it anywhere and trust it to stay put. Every detail was tested, tweaked, and refined until it worked perfectly in motion.
Why customers love it
Dog owners love how effortlessly the Staey 2-in-1 Water Bottle fits into their routine — whether it’s daily walks, weekend hikes, or long road trips. The detachable bowl makes it easy to share water or snacks without juggling extra gear, and the stainless-steel body keeps the water cool for hours. Many say it’s the first bottle that’s both genuinely practical and stylish enough to carry everywhere.

My story
Hi, I’m Noa – designer and founder of Staey. I live in Denmark with my dog Alba, and I started Staey because I was tired of choosing between functionality and aesthetics.
Every Staey design starts with real moments from my life with my own Alba. I sketch the first ideas at my kitchen table, and my team and I test, tweak and adjust until it works – for your dog and for you. Because practical can (and should) look beautiful.
